Order Form – AFDP Stores

AFDP reserves the right to refuse or limit all ordering services and makes no guarantees including price or delivery time.

Users accept all risk and will hold AFDP harmless of events that may result in delays or incurred cost to the end user.

Users must have a speedcode prior to using the ordering system.

All invoices/packing slips must be forwarded to AFDP reception for record keeping. See reception for print outs of any invoices that do not accompany a delivery. Failure to do so may result in ordering privileges being revoked.

AFDP will not place orders for any equipment on behalf of clients due to warranty issues.

AFDP will not place orders for biological organisms due to biosafety legislation and licensing concerns.

Special orders will be considered on a case by case basis.
